Wishing for 'Sunny' Days with Melba Moore
Melba, Melba, Melba. Sista, what words could I possibly use to describe your Tony award winning talent? [Insert wonderfully fantastic compliments here] I'd love to gush over your voice, which goes hard over disco beats or catches a soulful melody with such ease, but well, I've got the "wishing-I-was-somewhere-warm" blues. Since Spring stepped on the scene last week, I've been hoping for much nicer weather, yet every other day I'm greeted with more cold and clouds. And now the weatherman is calling for rain!? :sigh: Come on sun, it's time to come on out and stay awhile....
